Can I get a refund from the USAGCD?
Customer (s) are responsible for claiming a refund (his / her money) if:
1- The USAGCD office agreed to receive the client’s request, after which an individual decision withdraws this decision not to complete the status of the request.
2- That USAGCD office provides false or dishonest advice regarding the client’s request or case, which resulted in a negative result in the client’s request.
3- The client cannot obtain the visa/immigration due to misinformation by the USAGCD office.
4- That the customer made a real/honest mistake in submitting the request to USAGCD.
Please note that USAGCD will issue no refund approvals for a client/clients who wish to terminate their agreement with USAGCD before the time of delivery of clients’ immigration and/or visa applications. Refunds will only be issued after the relevant authority/body has submitted a negative decision regarding the customer’s condition/request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
At USAGCD, we strive to provide every customer with efficient and reliable service. However, we know that there may be times when a customer wishes to cancel our service. We offer a money refund guarantee and will fully refund the amount paid according to each case. If you submit a request for a refund within 45 days and the relevant government agency does not approve your request, we will issue you a full refund within three working days.
In general, we cannot refund refunds upon successful submission of an order or if online registration has been submitted and approved with the relevant government agency, which has approved the customer’s request. Should any issue arise regarding any matter, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department. Suppose the problem is solved individually by canceling the bank or credit card company’s financial transaction. In that case, we reserve the right to contact the bank and submit a re-application letter to request a refund to our account. We may, at our sole discretion, stop providing services to specific users.
In the end, the issue of a refund is at USAGCD’s sole discretion. Although the company has returned the money in isolated cases in the past, one should know that it is considered final when the payment is made.
